Massachusetts’s Water Resources Authority’s (MWRA) Five Year Strategic Business Plan provides a management tool for identifying and prioritizing the strategic initiatives critical to MWRA’s mission. It ensures staff are all working toward the same goals and objectives in an ever changing environment while allowing staff to track progress and identify new issues as they arise. It also provides transparency for our ratepayers and helps to ensure these initiatives are carried out within the annual capital budget spending limits adopted by the MWRA Board of Directors.
