State Revolving Fund
Massachusetts Water Resources Authority
MWRA has been an active participant in the Massachusetts Clean and Drinking Water State Revolving Fund programs since their inception. Of the over $8.7 billion in capital improvements that MWRA has conducted, $1.8 billion has been funded through low interest loans from Massachusetts Clean Water Trust. These projects have included the Boston Harbor Project, Integrated Water Supply Program, as well as redundancy and system improvement projects in both the Water and Wastewater Systems.
