Once upon a time 20 years ago, the Boston Harbor was considered the dirtiest harbor in America because of heavy pollution from wastewater discharges, daily waste getting dumped in the harbor, raw sewage, and this affected the marine habitat, the ecosystem, and left the water at a poor quality.

Today the Boston Harbor is one of the Great American Jewels and this is all because of the MWRA.

The Boston Harbor has a thriving ecosystem of fish and other sea animals and wonderful beaches for everyone to enjoy.

This is what I love about a clean Boston Harbor, being able to swim, play, and have fun on a clean beach and in clean water.

Also I don’t have to worry about getting sick because of the water or bacteria.

What I love most of all is being able to have fun with my friends and family on all the clean beaches and islands.

That is what I love about a clean Boston Harbor.
