MWRA is pleased to participate in Boston's Earth Hour 2010, which will be observed on Saturday, March 27 from 8:30 to 9:30 pm. During that time, all non-essential lighting at MWRA facilities will be turned off to help raise awareness about climate change.

Over 400 cities worldwide will participate in Earth Hour, an annual event organized by the World Wildlife Fund.

Earth Hour is a great opportunity for Boston-area residents to join city officials and other civic and business leaders in demonstrating how we are working together to reduce the risk of climate change and to showcase your individual contributions to the larger solution.
